Steve Lee is the Senior Director of Strategic Relationships at Cumberland Heights, a leading nonprofit addiction treatment center in Nashville, TN. In recovery since 1989, Steve brings over 35 years of personal experience and professional leadership to his work helping others find hope and healing through sobriety.
Before entering the behavioral health field, Steve built a successful career managing strategic relationships for major consumer brands. In 2014, he shifted his focus to addiction treatment, joining Cumberland Heights in 2019. Today, he is recognized as both a trusted industry leader and an inspiring speaker, engaging audiences nationwide with his story of recovery and the transformative power of the 12 Steps.
Passionate about supporting the music community, Steve partners with organizations like MusiCares to ensure artists, crew members, and industry professionals have access to compassionate, life-saving treatment. His mission is simple yet profound: to help people “recover life.”
