GAYE KNIGHT

Gaye Knight is from Star, Mississippi, and is a childhood and lifelong friend of Faith Hill. Through Faith, Gaye was introduced to Michelle Warren, and the three quickly formed a deep bond that grew into lifelong friendships rooted in trust, faith, and shared life experiences.

Married to a retired military veteran, Gaye has spent much of her life as a military spouse, navigating the sacrifices, uncertainty, and resilience that role demands. She is also a cancer survivor, a journey that reshaped her perspective on faith, strength, and the importance of showing up fully for the people you love. Known by those closest to her for her loyalty, quiet wisdom, and unwavering strength, Gaye’s story reflects a life shaped by service, perseverance, and enduring friendship.

In this deeply personal episode, Gaye joins special guest host Michelle Warren for an honest conversation about friendship, faith, and surviving life’s most difficult seasons. Gaye shares her experience as a military spouse and her cancer diagnosis, while Michelle reflects on the loss of her son, Sage. Together, they speak openly about grief, fear, resilience, and the power of lifelong friendships that hold steady when everything else feels uncertain.

This episode is a reminder that while pain is unavoidable, no one is meant to walk through it alone.
